Perfect for those times when youre meeting someone at a convention!

Or finding your friends at a concert, or when you get separated in a city where none of you can read the street signs!

Crash on start

The app is currently useless, just crashes on start (latest available iOS for iPhone4).

bug

t open the app .. iPhone 4s, iOS 8.3

Very cool idea!

App works well but I wish it had voice activated search.

Why am I only getting google map now?

Brought it up to see what it would say. It changed a few times while I was just sitting on a chair. Then I touched something and all I get now is google maps, even after closing totally and reopening. What is going on?

Incredible!

This app is just incredible. Pin points locations to a 3x3m square. Uses google maps, so there is that built in accuracy right there. Trying to get it incorporated into a database our co. uses to increase location accuracy. Built in sharing so you no longer have to try to describe where you are over the phone. Just send a text or email. Super easy. Highly recommended.

Nice idea, bad APP

I could see the use for this idea, but this is a very poor way to implement it. Map has no zoom function, there is no help to indicate what the buttons on the top do, and if you want directions, it sends you to google using GPS codes, which I thought W3W was trying to replace.

Problem on 4S

I love the concept here. However, it is impossible to sign up for an account on a 4S or older because of screen size. The app is optimized for larger screens, and the login/sign up screens refuse to scroll to allow you to hit the buttons on the bottom of the screen (you can see them, but they snap back below the bottom edge of the screen before you can hit them). This is a very avoidable oversight!

Very cool

Very happy that it uses google maps rather than apples map app. Also, booked by 3 word location and now people can come straight to me using the 3 words. Very cool!

Update crashes on start

After the update, I get the splash screen and then it crashes. iPhone and ipad. Edit: deleted and reinstalled the app. Fixed the crash issue.

Keeps asking for permission to use location

I already gave it permission, doesnt want to use it. Cool idea but unusable at the moment.

Very handy for sharing exact locations

This is great for when you need to give people a point on the map that doesnt correspond well to an address. For example, when meeting people in a large park you could say "meet me at pickle.stone.insect" rather than "walk downhill from the parking lot, turn left, go about 250 feet, go right at the fork," etc. Or if the entrance to your business is on the side of your building, you can give the 3 words for it rather than have confused customers wandering around trying to find you.

Amazing

This is the coolest thing for anyone who has ever given directions, other than the most basic street directions, to anyone. This will revolutionize mapping and directions in general. This is like the metric system of maps (tm). Prediction (my opinion): This company will be acquired for more than $500MM.

Crashes

Crashes on launch, on my original iPad mini :-(

Crashes

Crashes on launch - iphone 5

Cool, but crashy

Most crashes occur in compass mode when searching for locations. Very cool in map mode and more stable. Hoping new versions wont crash as much.

Hopeless, APP WILL NOT RUN

App downloaded ok, but will not run, screen opens, then crashes.

Crashes on launch

Doesnt do anything, then crashes.

Pretty crappy

Type in an address in the search bar. It comes up with suggestions. You pick one. The the app tells you "error - no results found". I clicked on the address YOU GAVE ME !! Also, Im sitting here on the sofa and just noticed that every time I leave the app and go back in, my location has a different set of 3 words. 4 times this has happened, and I havent moved !! What a piece of crap !!!

Useless

Its easier to give someone an address than use this app. If they need this app to find the location based on the 3words, then they have a phone and you can just text the address instead. The address is universal and will work even if your phone dies and you cant access the app Dont waste your time with this garbage
